Job requirements:
1. Major in management, marketing or related fields, with a college diploma or above;
2. More than ten years of work experience in department stores and shopping centers, and more than three years of work experience in equivalent positions;
3. Have comprehensive experience in the pre planning and post operation management of shopping centers, commercial plazas, or large department stores.


Job Responsibilities:
1. Fully responsible for overall management and control of project investment, operation, planning, engineering and property management, and achieving various business task indicators issued by the group;
2. Analyze and make decisions on major affairs, formulate company development plans, annual business plans, financial budget plans, as well as profit distribution and loss recovery plans;
3. Responsible for maintaining external relations, maintaining government and media relations, resolving emergencies, and conducting crisis public relations; Maintain customer relationships, integrate customer resources, and ensure smooth project operation;
4. Responsible for project team building and management, cultivating reserve talents;

2. More than 5 years of experience in expanding into commercial real estate, chain hotels, supermarkets, etc., with prior experience in well-known commercial companies preferred.
3. Strong negotiation and communication skills, stress resistance, and ability to cope with various changes.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Fully responsible for departmental market research, project site selection, and development investment work in accordance with company standards and requirements;
2. Assist in completing the feasibility study report for the new project through preliminary research and related work;
3. Responsible for the negotiation and promotion of the project, and further tracking and coordinating until the smooth progress of the project;
4. Responsible for actively and effectively communicating with the government in the project area;
5. Follow up services and management in the later stage of the project after the contract is signed.
